Ableton is a leading worldwide software company for music creation, production and performance platforms. The existing German venture capital investors Ventegis Capital AG and IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, both Berlin, sold their equity stakes to the U.S. based private equity fund, a strategic investor and active in the music software industry, for an undisclosed amount.
