A delegation from the State of Bavaria, lead by the Honorable Staatsminister Eberhard Sinner visited a FeldbergPacific hosted luncheon on “New Trends and Developments in Media and Technology”. Moderator Achim Hoelzle and representatives from BV Capital, Nokia, Kyte.tv, and InDPlay discussed the latest trends in this ever emerging area of Web 2.0 technology and its continuing convergence with traditional media and mobile phone technologies.

FeldbergPacific Law Group represented a U.S. based private equity fund in the acquisition of a strategic minority stake of 40% of Ableton AG, Berlin/Germany. Ableton is a leading worldwide software company for music creation, production and performance platforms. The existing German venture capital investors Ventegis Capital AG and IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, both Berlin, sold their equity stakes to the U.S. based private equity fund, a strategic investor and active in the music software industry, for an undisclosed amount.
